1: Every buyer is a consented record

Each verified purchase arrives with a consented first-party record: phone, email and opt-in, captured at the moment of purchase.

2: Survey at the moment of purchase

The survey runs at receipt upload, when the buyer is most engaged. Answers come from verified buyers, not panel respondents, so there is no recall bias.
